Package #1 - Standard Package - $300 Monthly
Entering all transactions made by your business for 2 bank accounts.
How this helps you: Recording your transactions from your account is time consuming, boring, and at times can be confusing. Because this is our expertise, you can rest assured that your transactions will be recorded timely and accurately so that your reports are correct and helpful to you and your business.
Reconciliation of 2 bank accounts.
How this helps you: At the end of the month, to ensure accuracy and reliability of your books a reconciliation of your bank accounts must be done. This process makes sure no transactions are missed and ensures the balances of your books and your account match.
Entering all credit card transactions and reconciliations.
How this helps you: Just like your checking account, your credit card transactions need to be accounted for as well! All those small purchases you make for your business add up and are important to reporting and expense tracking.
Monthly email with financial documents.
How this helps you: It's incredibly important to understand the financial health of your business. You need to know how your business is doing in order to properly operate! That's why a monthly check in is necessary and we are happy to provide you with that insight!
Securely file all important documents.
How this helps you: At tax time and audit time these documents are not only helpful but necessary. We will ensure you have all receipts, invoices, and other important documents you need in order to ensure this goes smoothly.
Package #2- Premium Package - $500 Monthly
Everything the Standard Package includes plus 3 additional credit cards and 3 additional accounts.
Accounts receivable management.
How this helps you: Accounts receivable management means tracking, organizing, and following up on the money your customers owe you for goods or services you’ve provided. We will organize and issue your invoices, track payment dates, send late reminders for overdue payments, and ensure you are aware of what monies you are owed. This helps your cash flows remain predictable and healthy.
Accounts payable management.
How this helps you: Never miss an invoice or payment again! We will make sure you stay up to date on payments, so those annoying late fees and finance charges don't show up unexpectedly!
Monthly meetings with your bookkeeper.
How this helps you: We will discuss your financial documents and note areas that may be an issue in the present or future. You can finally quit worrying about the health of your business's finances - we are on it!
Work with your accounting firm during tax time.
How this helps you: Your accounting firm needs your important documents to ensure your taxes are accurate and filed on time. When you are trying to grow your business, this isn't something you want to worry about. We will make sure your CPA gets all the documents needed in a timely manner so that your taxes are accurate and stree free!
Package #3 - Gold Package $800 Monthly
All of the Premium Package and the Standard Package with unlimited accounts.
Filing of your sales tax liability.
How this helps you: Many small businesses must withhold sales tax on products or services they provide. Never worry about the due date of these filings or the worry that they aren't correct, we have it covered!
Job Costing
How this helps you: Do you ever wonder if you should be charging more or less for your services? We will figure exactly how much you should be charging for each project based off of your expenses and desired income and make sure you are getting paid fairly for you hard work!
1st priority
How this helps you: While all of our clients' questions and concerns are of utmost importance to us, the Gold Package will give you priority to make sure all your questions are resolved first. In cases where you want a quick check in, requests for specific reports you may need, or general questions we will be there to make sure you get what you request!
Audit Prep
How this helps you: The dreaded audit! The one word no business owner wants to hear. But not to fear! We will work to make sure you have all the documents and preparation needed in the case of an audit. Auditors may want specific documents, statements, or other requests and we will be here to fulfill them and make sure all your bases are covered.
Project Expense Tracking
How this helps you: Have you ever wondered how much you have spent on certain materials, specific projects, or certain types of services? We can track that! Get more insight to where your expenses are so you can make the big decisions for your business.
Payroll Services - $150 monthly for up to 5 employees. $15 per additional employee. Sales tax will be added to this service.
Catch up Bookkeeping- $100 for every month backlogged.
Quickbooks Cleanup- $20 for every month needing clean up.
